Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Precision MedLab Services (“Precision MedLab”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: June 20, 2026.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information collected automatically:
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, organization, and the details of any quote, rental, repair, sell-to-us or contact request you submit.
- Account information — if you create an account, your email, a securely hashed password, and profile details you add (name, phone, organization).
- Usage information — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs, used to operate and secure the site.
- Cart — items you add are stored in your browser (local storage) so you can request a quote; this never leaves your device until you submit a request.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to quotes, orders, rentals, repairs and support requests.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
- To send transactional messages (e.g. request confirmations) and, where permitted, relevant updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely. We do not sell your personal information. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features such as signing in.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf — for example our field-service/CRM platform (Zoho FSM) to manage your request, email delivery providers, and, where applicable, payment processors (Stripe). These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect the rights, property and safety of our customers and company.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain communications. You can update your profile in your account, unsubscribe from non-essential emails, or contact us to exercise your rights. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date; material changes may be communicated by additional notice.
