What's the difference between a service contract and time-and-materials repair?

A service contract is a fixed annual fee covering scheduled preventive maintenance and agreed repairs for a defined list of devices, with priority response. Time and materials means you pay per visit for the labor hours and parts used — good for facilities with occasional needs.

How fast can you respond when equipment goes down?

Do you provide calibration certificates?

Yes. Every calibration includes a certificate documenting the standards used, readings taken, and pass/fail result — formatted for accreditation surveys and internal audits.

Can you service equipment the manufacturer no longer supports?

Often, yes. We source legacy and hard-to-find parts and service equipment past OEM end-of-support. Send us the make, model, and serial and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing.

Do you work with in-house biomed departments?

Regularly. Many hospitals use us for overflow, specialty modalities their team isn't trained on, or PM backlogs. We work alongside your department, not around it.
